We aim to keep data collection minimal and purposeful. Project content is kept available for a short period so you can download your songs, then deleted.

• Project Inputs you submit (names, memories, relationship details, message content, pronunciations, etc.)
• Any communications you send us (support emails, feedback, bug reports)

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, we may collect:

• Approximate location (derived from IP, typically city/region level)
• Pages viewed, clicks, and interactions (analytics events)
• Referral source (how you arrived at the site)

2.3 Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited transaction details (such as payment status, amount, currency, and a payment reference). We do not store full card details on our servers.

• Create and manage Projects and generate Outputs (lyrics and songs)
• Provide magic-link login and account access
• Provide downloads and a lyric sheet after payment
• Provide customer support
• Prevent fraud and abuse and protect platform integrity
• Measure and improve performance and conversion (analytics)
• Run advertising campaigns and measure results (ads attribution)

4) Project deletion and retention (14 days)

We keep your Project content available so you can download your songs, then delete it.

• Project Inputs and generated Outputs are deleted after 14 days.
• You should download and back up your songs and lyric sheet within this window.
• We may retain limited records required for legal, tax, accounting, and fraud prevention purposes (for example, payment confirmation and basic transaction metadata).

5) Analytics and advertising

We use tools to understand how people use the site and to measure advertising performance.

5.1 Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and usage (for example, page views, time on page, and key events like starting a Project, generating previews, and unlocking downloads).

5.2 Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads

We may use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads tools for:

• Conversion tracking (to see which ads lead to sign-ups or purchases)
• Measuring and improving ad performance
